It's totally ridiculous...I bet if a pregnant woman were murdered on her way to an abortion the law would say it was the murder of two people, but if she made it to the clinic and wasn't murdered...it's perfectly legal...CRAZY
It is wrong if you knew what you were doing and did not take any precations but if you were raped or malested then I think that is ok, for the simple reason that there are people out there who can not have babies and wouldn't mind

I don't understand how they can be charged with 2 counts of murder either or if someone kills an unborn child in a car accident they are charged with reckless homicide, even if the mother survives. I'm against abortion! Anyone that can have an abortion after reading exactly what happens & seeing aborted babies, then I think they're cold hearted. More people need to be completely educated on it.
the baby has a heart beat 3 weeks after conception which is before the woman even knows she is pregnant. Yes, it is wrong no matter how you look at it. It is a human growing inside you. At 10 weeks all of its body parts are formed and at 13 weeks its organs are formed completely. How could it be anything less than a living being? The reason they can't outlaw it is because people have put up such a fuss about woman's rights. And it is their bodies and so forth. Well to me, if you got pregnant - deal with it and give it up for adoption if you have too. We are forgetting the babies rights and what they would say if they could.

But either way, Its been scientifically proven that an unborn baby CAN feel pain. So when theyre being murdered, or as some like to call it, "aborted" they're feeling every second of that. I think its sick that the same people who will protest you eating a hamburger, are perfectly fine with killing unborn babies. Why is it that a victim is only a victim when they have a voice?
It makes me sick that so many GOOD parents are trying to get pregnant but nothing happens, and all these people get pregnant every other second, and kill their babies, because its "their right". Im all for equal rights. How about equal rights of the baby? Its scary to think that these same people who think its fine to kill unborn babies, are able to ever become parents. If its okay to murder them before they take their first breath, why not after? What changes then?. People need to wise up and do their research. We're not talking about womens rights here, we're talking about murdering innocent babies, because its "our choice" .Since when do we get to choose to kill people, just because they cant protest yet?
Roe is bad law, it should be up to the states. Im against it the same reason im against eating animals, all life should be valued. There are so many ways to prevent pregnacy to begin with, if u create something u should take to responiblity. Besides men have no choice in becoming a parent, if the women keeps it and the man dosnt want it, he still has to pay 4 it and stuff. But if a women dosnt want it she can just throw it away.
just as well as if a mother would kill her new born baby, it would be a big deal .But if she kills it inside of her then who cares. It is sad that people think that way. I know my son is very much alive. I hear his heartbeat, i feel him move constantly, I have seen what he looks like in 3d/4d and already know who he looks like. Yet people say a baby is not a living being. It is gross and selfish that anyone find this morally acceptable. I feel as the the woman and the doctor that perform the abortion both need jail time.

It is everyone's own opinion. I know where my stance is. I'm pro-life. As for a child that I am not carrying. I'm pro-choice. I can't make anyone think differently than what they believe. It is their opinion and whatever they choose to do or not to do, they are going to have to live with whatever decision they make.

Abortion is soooo wrong! The baby didn't ask to be conceived and then you take it's life away? Now that baby (Yes, to all those who like abortion, the fetus IS a baby) will not get to experience life at all. Now all those who like abortion will argue that the mother shouldn't have to go through pregnancy if she doesn't want the baby. ADOPTION! Think about this- "If you can't to the time, don't do the crime!" All these teens that have abortions think it's not their fault that they are pregnant- IT IS THEIR FAULT! STOP HAVING SEX! Please don't screech "Oh what if she was raped??!". Only a small percentage people are pregnant from being raped and if you were the child in the mother's stomach, wouldn't you want the chance to live? In my eyes, the baby comes first, no matter what. I don't care if you give the baby away the minute it comes out- just don't kill it.

I'm not sure where you got your screwed up republican stamped for approval BS but in MANY Cases if a pregnant woman is murdered the assailant is not charged with 2 counts of murder, especially if the assailant was not aware of the pregnancy. how do you know 50 million children have been aborted? and have you looked at the reasons why? in some cases the pregnancy if carried to full term may have been fatal for both baby and mother? i think its horrible that woman have abortions...if the woman was raped then i can understand but this lady turned around to me once and said she was three months pregnant and she was having an abortion that week, then she informed me that she had already had 8 abortions cause she doesn't like condoms,it was one of my girlfriends- mums -friends and she honestly made me sick i asked my friend if we could leave.
i think it is wrong. in my opinion life begins at the moment of fertilization. ( and no im not some crazy religious freak) however, i do believe that if a women has been raped and it produces a baby or the baby is not forming correctly, she has the right to decide. people use abortion as a form of birth control. dont have sex if you arnt prepared to take on the responsibility! it makes me sick that some people go around having unprotected sex, create an inocent baby and then have an abortion because they "just arnt ready for a baby", and people who really want one and are good hard working people and cant. if you dont want a abay, then a.) dont have sex or b.) use protection. its not that hard.

Therefore...a woman that is sexually active should take every precaution in order to not get pregnant. If she does, then I take it that she is of mature mind to either take the responsibility of her actions, whether it's to keep it or abort..murderer or not. The 70,s are over.

But I believe that it has to be proven before that fact. If you lose the baby before 20wks it is a miscarriage and after wards you will have a death certificate and possible funeral. So why is it people think about aborting after 20 wks as well. By then the child even looks like a baby and all the features are very clear. This subject just drives me mad.
