Answers: My Doctor told Me to Take B-12 When I was Pg It help With the Vomiting and the Fatigue. Good luck and Congrats
I had hyperemesis as resourcefully. Yuck! Just try to eat for a while at a time. Find something that works for you stomach and stick with it, even if you chomp through it for every meal. I did ably with cereal, and ate several bowls a time. Then I switched to pancakes and ate those every day. I did obtain my appetite back, but remained picky almost food my entire pregnancy. I ate the same things over and over which be unusual for me. Take it slow, and you will feel better soon.
When I be pregnant 2 years ago, I was told that the amount of immensity a woman gains isn't major, that's why they never weighed me- it's the fundal loftiness that is important- the size of your bump. I don't get the drift why your doctor is worrying you about that. Eat what you can when you can, and even if don't want to, remember that you are drinking for your baby's health, not for your comfort. Keep taking the vitamins to ensure you enjoy enough within your system because your baby will be draining you of everything that you enjoy.
Just eat small regular meal, about four or five a morning, rather than the three square meal idea!
Good luck for the rest of your pregnancy!
Just preserve eating, surrounded by your situation it is normal to lose counterweight, You will gain it back. Eat respectable snacks, veggies and fruit, but not acidic fruit approaching oranges. I found if I ate smaller meals resembling 6-8 times a day instead of 3 big meal, I felt better and could maintain the food down. congrats and good luck!
