if you mean 3 week late.. then i would recomend taking a pregnancy test. as far as sick... a girl can get sick to her stomach any time, but that could also be a sign of pregnancy. get it checked out just in case. the soon you can start taking care of your self and the baby, the better!

If your saying that she may be pregnant and is getting sick then yes its possiable to get sick that early i got sick when i was 3 weeks pregnant with my 2nd until i was 11 weeks. If this is not what your asking please rephrase your question
