I agree with the first responder but between now and your next visit, be sure to wear underwear that has a cotton crotch (only).
and be sure if you take baths, not to use 'mr. bubble' . It will make your vaginal area feel like you wiped with sand paper.
Be sure to WRITE DOWN everything you want to talk to your doctor about. I recall when I was pregnant I was soo forgetful and after seeing my little angel on the ultrasound, I forgot all the questions I had in mind to ask...

Yes, it is normal for your genitals to get bigger during pregnancy due to the increased blood flow to the area. If it is painful, you should ask your doctor though.
