I enjoy a friend who married....?

a guy that didn't have US papers roughly 2 months ago. The marriage is permitted but now she's 6 weeks pregnant. She tried to be in motion to the Department of Humans Services to apply for medical help for the baby's adjectives. They won't offer her any serve unless the father has his papers, which could clutch years. They may also help if they become separated. Why can't our affairs of state support a child that will be an American citizen? Are there any other option that my friend may have?

I don't know about denying benefits because the father doesn't enjoy papers, but I do know they would deny benefits because the child isn't born yet. You can't apply for benefits for a child that hasn't even be born.
Granted, this is not the babies fault but it is so typical. These relations can't feed themselves so they start chucking out kids and after run to the government to nurture them. If he is an illegal he should be deported. The best alternative would be for her to go beside him back to somewhere he is from and let their parliament worry roughly the problem. Americans are sick of footing the bill for it.
