i am 28 weeks pregnant, and seem to have the WORST pains in the area of my groin i guess it would be. like between my legs, towards the top of my vagina and upward. not sure how else to explain it, sorry! but has anyone else had this? its really really bad at night and will keep me awake, whenever i move its extremely sharp and almost brings me to tears (i have extremely high tolerance for pain, so this is odd.) sometimes it will get so bad that i will even be limping because of it. if you have had it, is there any way to help them? thanks for the help in advance!

It sounds like these could be Braxton Hicks. They are normal and they are just small contractions. They are preparing you for the real labor to come. Good Luck
