What's the best way to lose weight after giving birth?
Answer:
i know what ya mean, that scared me when i found out i was pregnant. however i didn't gain more than 15lbs... BUT i did get a personal trainer (you can sign up at a gym and they will giv eyou one for free for a lil while normally) who helped me do the right exercises to loose all the weight i wanted and to tighten up the muscles. now i'm in the best shape i've been in. if you want i can tell you the exercises that they told me to do that might help (now have no hanging or loose skin which i was told i'd have to worry about...). plus just eat right, don't over do the food and junk food. remember to put lotion on your stomach to avoid stretch marks... or help prevent them!
I hear ya, just eat the right things and exercise and I am sure you will be back to your normal weight.
i gained 50 lbs with my first child. i was always so watching my weight so when i got pregnant i knew i could eat and not really care. well no one told me i was going to have to lose that weight. i lost most of it by breast feeding. for the rest, i started walking, running, or just doing any kind of exercise i could that fit in my schedule. don't worry to much. if you plan on Breast feeding you will lost most of it.
Breastfeeding and time. Get a membership at the YMCA or something. Don't worry about getting fat...No one cares how you look, I know you care, but it is all part of being pregnant. It will eventually go away but dont expect to leave the hospital weighing less than you did when you got there. It takes time for the weight to come off.
Exercise (you'll get that dealing with the baby), appropriate diet, and nursing the baby,
Eat healthily, breast feed - you burn an extra 500 calories a day doing this, exercise - not strenuous - just going for walks - then build it up. Try not to worry about it too much, your body's bound to change after having a baby, give yourself time to recover first. Good luck
Breastfeed and take care of yourself. (sleep, eat right, etc.)
dont worry you will eventually start to loose the weight, as for right now just worry about the health of your baby.every woman goes through the weight gain i have a one year old daughter and im still struggling to loose the weight even with breastfeeding but every woman is different.just eat right and exercise and as my sister told me when i had issues with my weight..you worked hard for that body(carrying your baby for 9 months and going through delivery)trust me when you see that little one for the first time all those weight issues will fly right out the window.good luck.
