Why do some women die during child birth?
Answer:
stuff happens. That is the downside of life..people you love might die. We all do.
Some bleed to death, go in to cardiac arrest, many things...
most the time it's because their uterus ruptures. you can bleed out and die very quickly from this.
Beacuse some women cant support the baby.
I would think these days its rare for a woman to die during child birth.
hemmorage; uterine hemorrhage
uncontrollable bleeding, seisure, clot, heart attack, stroke, toxic shock etc etc.
yes women are very brave indeed.
Hemmoraging
because of complications my grandmothers mom died while she was giving birth to triplets. the thing was that the triplets was in there for a while which caused her to die of complications
FOR SAME REASONS SOME MALES DIE
Largely because we evolved to walk upright which makes hips w. a giant head sized hole impossible and so birth more difficult. This is also why human babies have to be born so immature, if they made it to the development that primates give birth their head would be so big they'd never get out.
Many reasons. I don't think it is very common nowadays however. In the past, with our unadvanced medicine, the things that would be solved now with c-sections, or medicine, or (gulp) abortion were the causes of women dying in childbirth. Preeclampsia, ruptured uterus, placenta abruptio, etc. etc. etc. But now we have medicine and doctors who can fix these things, or sometimes even detect them early and prevent them from happening.
go to this link it can explain it better

I hope this helps.
there are alot of things that can make a women die during child birth, complications , if they have a brain anerism and it ruptured during the birth, and many more. but this site should help explain more on it. luckly with the technology we have today, it don't happen that much
I don't think happens much these days.
But my guess would be, when it happens, perhaps in countries where medical assistance is not so good, it would be from hemorrhaging.
It is extremely uncommon nowadays in a hospital or birth-center birth, but usually the reasons are massive blood loss due to hemorrhage, placenta preveria (sp?) (which is where the placenta covers the opening to the cervix and a vaginal delivery is impossible), cardiac arrest, stroke, etc. the risks increase with a c-section, as they do with any major surgery.
Sepsis is one common factor...largely responsible for women's deaths when hosspital births first became more common place...about 100 years ago or so...Doctors didnt see the need to wash their hands before internal checks!
Nowadays, sepsis can still be an issue ...but not NEARLY what it was. Same goes for poor nutrition...this is still the leading cause of maternal death in 'underdeveloped' nations. Poor nutrition just weakens every bodily system and you just cant recover from even a paper cut as well!
Someone died during childbirth recently at the private hospital i am giving birth in, in 3 weeks. I believe it was due to a brain anyerism/blod clot in brain.
