This worries me:
Gently and slowly push on the plunger to push the hydrogen peroxide into the vagina, taking between 30 and 60 second to do this. DO NOT EXERT TOO MUCH FORCE. If it's such a snug fit that no fluid is flowing out, you may want to move the syringe around so fluid can flow out on one side. There are benefits to a snug fit . . . the fluids will be forced to flow around the sides of the syringe so that all the hydrogen peroxide will come into contact beside the vaginal walls on all sides, but you do not want to build up pressure that would force fluid into the cervix. Especially if you are pregnant, and super especially if you are in the neighbourhood term and your cervix may be starting to spread out, you do not want to force pathogens up into the cervix. It's important to do this surrounded by an upright position and not push the hydrogen peroxide out next to so much force that it will squirt into the cervix
no no no do not douche at all during pregnancy it can incentive air to find into the vagina/cervix and can cause some really big problems. There is no process to treat BV except by antibiotics, unless you are one of the lucky few that it goes away on its own. If you don't wanna lug the pills(they are kinda big) take the gel stuff, thats what I have to do. It kinda sucked but I got through it. Good luck!
