anytime, your cervix has to thin before it truly can dialate. sounds like your very thinned out and probably dialated to 3 cm. with the head being in position, your body is just waiting for the hormonal trigger to being labor, you are in the priming phase and sounds like it will be anytime. rest up, you'll need it!!
All pregnancies are different. My second labor was longer and harder than my first one so its hard to say.
My second one went very fast and I was induced. With you already so far along and the baby right there, you should drop the baby pretty quickly.

Well - I'm hoping you're in labor by the time you read this (since it's 38 weeks it should be safe!). But it's hard to know - some women get to that point and hold out for 2 weeks. Some 2 hours. Best of luck - the odds are it should be an easier labor/delivery than last time!
Hopefully for you, you will be in the hospital pushing as I type this. But if not then you and a friend go to the mall or somewhere that you can walk your brains out and this should help. Also try to do the visualization of your cervix opening and relax to let your body so the work. You have to be totally relaxed for this to work. If you are not in labor today you should be there very soon. Like with in the next day or so. Good luck and try everything natural that you can.
Gosh, I'd guess no later than 5-7 days. But if I had to guess I'd say about 3 days max.

Any day. try having sex, sometimes it throws people into labor. It worked for me with my 2 girls.
This is just a guess, because every pregnancy is different, but I would say within the week. Congrats and happy pushing.
