Douche is a solution of vinegar and other ingredients that's used to flush out the vagina. It's use is not recommended because it messes with the natural pH balance and eliminates beneficial bacteria in your body and, in general, it causes more problems than it solves. Sorry for being a guy. I just read a lot of health books.

using a product like summers eve douche, and washing your internal parts of your vagina with the product. follow the instructions on the bottle.
