2cm dialated and can have a feeling babies director...also, have anyone go into labor on a full moon hours of darkness?

I had a doctors appointment yesterday and I be 2cm dialated and he could feel babies team leader. But my doctor said that it was still really gluey. I have 12 days until that time my due date. WHAT CAN I DO TO HAVE MY BABY?!!
My hubby is leaving the daylight after Christmas to go on a duty out of state. I mentioned this to my doctor but he wasn't concerned about it. I really don't want my hubby to miss the birth of his son. There is a full moon this Sunday, I wonder if in attendance is any truth behind that unbroken saying around a full moon making a pregnant woman go into labor?


Answers:    I hope so...I'm due January first, and I'm going crazy waiting! I'm also 2cm dilated and 50% efface. I've been have contractions for two weeks now...

I'm a nursing student, and my nursing professor told me that whenever nearby is a full moon, the labor and delivery floor is slammed...so conceivably there is some truth to it...for both our sakes, I hope so!!

gag: I take primrose grease capsules every time, and I've been taking them for yesteryear month or so...It's supposed to help verbs and dilate the cervix, so you might want to try that!
