Facts why maternity leave time (without pay) is good?

Answer:
You get time off of work to recover from giving birth and bond with your baby, and you still have a job to go back to.
There are none!
If you're trying to decide whether to go on leave without pay, do it. It's a great opportunity to learn about your baby and bond with him/her. You'll have so little sleep you won't be working very well anyway. Besides, they're this small only for a short time, and they NEED you - you are irreplacable in their world.

If you're trying to find out if having maternity leave without pay is a good thing or not, it's not.
