Gina you are just nerveous about the birth etc.. Yes it could be the baby moving but you should be able to feel it ' kick ' by now, is this what you are feeling. Ask your midwife babe to make sure and lots of good luck and happiness with your new baby. You make me feel broody babe.

That's the quickening... your baby is just strong enough now so you feel when he/she kicks. Enjoy it!
It probaly is. I first felt my baby move around 16 weeks. It does feel kinda like butterflies. I think it feels more like bubbles bursting or popcorn popping. It happens so fast at first that you almost miss it. In a couple of weeks you will have no doubt that your baby is actually moving.
i started feeling the same at 10weeks and my doc told me it was gas,i believe it was the baby.

Almost certainly I would say, enjoy them while they are butterflies, the kicks can keep you awake at night!

Yes it could be the baby moving. It just feels like a fluttering to begin with. You're supposed to feel them later really but I have felt the current one from very early on. It could also be a bit of Braxton Hicks which are just your muscles toning up. It could also be indigestion (lots of that when pregnant) or sickness starting!
