Your cycle could be delayed due to illness or pregnancy or any number of things.
Just take a test, better safe than sorry. (Afterall some antibiotics and drugs are not safe during pregnancy)
Well if you are on birth control, antibiotics will counteract with those and could cause a delay in your period if your body is used to the birth control. I suggest giving you doctor a call he or she can give you a better answer than yahoo. Good luck though!
I would say your being sick probably threw off your cycle. I wouldnt worry about it.
Were you trying to get pregnant? I only ask because if you weren't and you were on the pill sometimes certain antibiotics can make birth control pills not work and you can get pregnant. Either way if you don't get your period sometime in the next week take a test, just because you aren't feeling symptoms doesn't mean you aren't pregnant.
I dont think that you are pregnant but you should go ahead and see your doctor. I dont like the over the counter pregnancy tests because i took 4 tests and they said that i wasnt pregnant and i went to see my doc, and he said otherwise! So ask your doctor because if you are, those antibiotics could harm the baby! So best thing to do is go ahead and call your doctor, make an appointment and go in and check it out! Good Luck!
