Where can I find a food chart for pregnancy?
Answer:
http://ific.org/publications/brochures/p...
this website has charts on your weight gain, food intake, caffine intake, and vitamin intake...you could just copy and paste it onto a blank document, because there is also big articles that come w/ the charts
enter ANTI NATAL FOOD CHARTS in any Search engines like Yahoo or Google etc and you will find a lot.
I used the nutritional guidelines at

There are about 3 or 4 blogs on the subject - very good!
It is an excellent prenatal diet!
I don't know the answer to your question, but be wary of advice to pregnant women about food.
For one thing - there's the theory that eating (certain?) nuts during pregnancy can cause allergies. Personally I think this is absurd, as there in places in Africa nuts where nuts, including peanuts, are one of the main staples. Also - nut allergies are increasing in the west, and something else that has increased fairly recently is the use of nut oils in products applied to the body, usually the skin. This is not how we've taken this in before these products. In my opinion this is more likely to be linked to nut allergies.
Sorry to go off the topic there... if you can't find anything else a normal food chart should be ok - it's got all the food groups (that you should be eating anyway), and you can just eat a little more of the things recommended for pregnancy.
