Im on day 13 of my cycle i have no ewcm no signs of ANYTHING. I have around a 28 day cycle. any suggestions?

If you normally have signs of ovulation around now you might just ovulate late this month, if it is your first month checking you might ovulate later than you thought you did. If you don't get any signs any month then you might want to see a dr to make sure everything is ok.
Could be having an anovulatory month. Just happened to me, turns out most women don't ovulate on average one month a year. If you don't ovulate, you don't have the ewcm. If you are concerned, go buy an ovulation predictor so you can keep a closer eye on it.
Just wait you may ovulate later than usual this month. If you've been under stress it can delay ovulation.
