Fatigue at 33 weeks....anything I can do?
I do get in the region of 8 to 9 hours of sleep at night, going to bed any ahead of time than 9 or 9:30 at night is not an way out, i work all morning then babysit 2 babyish children at night including my own (3 total) and getting them adjectives fed, bathed, and asleep since 9 is almost impossible they all usually atleast lay down right at 9, so it's 9:30 past i can get layed down.
Just curious if anyone found any foods that might dispense more energy or anything to drink besides caffiene or anything at adjectives? Thank you
Answers: I am currently 30 1/2 weeks pregnant with twins and I'm going through impossible to tell apart thing. I hold an office opening also and it's easy for me to sit at my desk adjectives day. Especially since my work is VERY moral to me and will get me anything I entail so I don't have to bring up. So, I've found that if I make myself get hold of up at least once an hour and way of walking around for a few minutes, then I do for a time bit better. Nothing is going to completely take away the fatigue. It's your body's road of telling you to rest presently since you won't be able to after the toddler is born. But moving a little bit help. GOOD LUCK!
Maybe your body is just trying to bring you ready for when the kid does come. Imagine how tired you will be then after not getting sleep for 3 days at a time!
find your fatass off the couch and hike
My wife ate 3 bananas a day to combat the potassium lesser amount you're experiencing at this stage
Sometimes, it's just the in front of of what you think you stipulation. When I'm feeling really sleepy surrounded by the afternoon, I like to hold a little amble (outside if possible). A little movement, some fresh air, can really provide you that little boost you need to obtain through the rest of the day. Also, form sure you're getting enough fluids . . . a chalice of water or some liquid might perk you up some, too.
Congrats on the new tot! :)

I appropriate two iron pills a day plus vitamin C and my prenatal pills and I still touch like crap. The same path you feel. Your heading home, your in the region of to have a lovely baby. I'm 29 weeks
