Cramps that come while standing?!?!?
Answer:
I felt that with my son but it was b/c he sat so low so when I stood it was like there was no support, but then when I say I would have the support of my lap. I don't know if that makes sense. But I would suggest getting one of those belly support belts. You may have to order one but the major dept. stores carry them, ususally with the maternity underwear. Or a maternity store should have them. But if u have made sure it is normal with the Dr. I think that is probably what it is. Congratulations (YOU ARE MORE THAN HALF WAY! lol)and Good Luck.
I suggest sitting until the doctor examines you again,and I would say he/she should soon,to be on the safe side!
CRAMPS = BABY GROWING
SHARP PAINS = C THE DOC.
BLEEDING = GO TO THE ER NOW
CONGRADS AND GOOD LUCK
when you stand up the baby puts pressure on your lower abdomin. but when you sit down it takes that pressure off. the baby is sitting on your bladder more then likely. as you grow bigger then it will shift into a different position. unless you have severe cramping or bleeding with the cramps. then I wouldn't worry to much about it.
I had exactly the same thing. They're Braxton-Hicks contractions. It's nothing to worry about, but for you own comfort you don't stand that long.
