Can period comes after implantation bleeding?

yea..I had implantation bleeding and then the next month when my period was actually due..I had a little bleeding. it wasnt like a full blown period but i was still bleeding. And some people do have periods during pregnancy..its not really a period but basically the same. ive read that its more common if you were on the pill before getting pregnant. If you have pain or ALOT of bleeding see your Dr ASAP
