Can an egg be see by a vaginal ultrasound until that time implantation occur?& can it show if its fertilized or not?
Answers: No. The egg is too microscopic to be seen by ultrasound, even vaginally. Even if you be pregnant, the soonest you would be able to see anything is when you are around 5 weeks at which point the gestational sac should be visualized. A decidualized endometrium might be visualize a bit sooner. The next structure to appear would be the yolk sac at nearly 5.5 weeks. The embryo is normally visualize at about 6 weeks, it is enormously tiny, not even a centimeter big. Hope this answers your question.
Too small. You cannot see an purpose smaller than the wavelength of the radiation you are using to look for it.
