My 5 yr old amd 3yr old saw there xmas gifts what should i say to them?
Answer:
My 3 year old son saw what his grandparents were getting him and they told him they bought them for other little boys and he believed them.
When I saw my Christmas presents, my parents said that santa couldn't go around the world all in one night so he has the kid's parents help him and put the presents under the tree.
Tell them its not for them. Say its for someone else. Then take the toys back to the store and get something else
That Santa came early this year because he is very busy, but he ordered for the gifts to be opened only on Christmas Day.
theres nothing you can really do if there from Santa tell them he brought them over earlier so you could wrap them because he's to busy ~good luck
sometimes father christmas drops of presents early because hes sooooooooooooo busy and he lets mommies and daddies put them under the tree for them.
Just tell them that they are from mommie and daddie you can't very well tell them that Santa brought them.
That you put them there. You buy the presents, not some fat, old guy in a red suit wit raindeer and such.
say santa came early, but they have to wait for christmas. say something happened to Comet, and he had to deliever them early, but he told the parents to tell the kids not to open them til xmas.
you are helping Santa, because he is so busy. Wrap them now and but them under the Tree , they might even forgot. Little ones don't watch to much. But just give them the answer if they ask you: I had to get the stuff for you from Santa, his sleigh was packed full and so he called me to help him.
We told our children when they accidently stumbled upon theirs that they were for their grandparents and that seemed to work for us. We live in a small apartment and don't have mant places to hide presents so we had to say something when they found them!
My son found his presents one year, and I told him that Santa left them early because his reindeer had a cold. So i had to wrap them for him. A good book to go with this is "Who will pull santa's sleigh tonight" My son left milk and cookies in case Santa stopped by, and Hot Chocolate for the reindeer (as in the book) And Santa made it back out with another little present and a "thank you" note for mommy. He still will leave Hot Chocolate if he thinks its really cold.
say yoohr a elf n santa askd for extra help wrapping
That happened to me a few years ago - I told them that some of Santa's elves had the flu so they were behind in wrapping the presents. Santa dropped them off so I could help wrap - he would pick them up on Christmas Eve so he could deliver them.
the truth, now go back and get one more for each that is from Santa and this time hide it in the attic, or at a friend's house!!
I would say that Santa is very busy this year and he needed all mommy's and daddy's to help. He left the presents early for mommy and daddy to wrap and then put under the tree to be opened on Christmas. He sends his appologies for being so busy and not being able to wrap and deliver them himself on Christmas. Maybe you could even throw in a letter from Santa explaining everything. They'll be fine, they're children!
Merry Christmas, hope all goes well.
If you can afford it then buy them at least one nice gift each and label it from SANTA!
tell them santa dropped some off early or the sleigh might break down worked for my son who is also three
you know you can tell them because they have been so exceptionally good this year, Santa was rating amongst good, best and excellent to drop off the presents time based so he dropped theirs saying they were excellent this year and also you can buy some more stuff not very expensive and keep it for the 25th. hope this helps merry christmas anyway
That Santa asked you to hold them there for him and he'll be back on Xmas eve to put them under the tree and eat his cookies. My 3 year old saw some of his too he said ''look mommy a bob the builder tool box, is that mine?'' I said ''no thats not a tool box you're seeing things'' and I hid it lol then he forgot about it.
If they seen them wrapped then just say that its only empty boxes Santa wanted to show you the wrapping paper you will be using. If they saw them unwrapped tell them that Santa was in such a hurry that he didn't have time to wrap some kids presents so you had to wrap these for him for another family or you could say that they are for someone else.
