My son's front teeth aren't growing out! He looks like he has fangs cuz u can barely see his front teeth

The dr said it seems like they came out very high in the gum. Is this a problem or not? Will they eventually be normal and will it affect his permanant teeth

Answer:
It depends on which teeth you are refering to. Is this his baby teeth or his permanant teeth? If it is his baby teeth I would not worry about it, baby teeth fall out anyway. It is is his permanant teeth he will probably just need braces. Alot of kids have braces, no big deal.
Cool.....
I suggest you take your son to a good dentist who will examine him, take xrays & tell you what you have to do next.
