How can i calm a 2yr old, who will not stop crying?

She can sense when you get frustrated so you need to remain calm and it will calm her also. Try to to show patience and comfort her. Once she calms down then you try some more activities like watching a movie or playing a game or maybe even reading to her.

let her cry.
Is she crying for attention ? Or is she sick and cranky ?
If she's just crying for attention, put her into her cot/bed and leave her there to cry it out. Do it enough times and she'll get the message.
If she's sick, take her to a doctor to get checked out.
maybe she is in pain and cant tell you what is hurting? or maybe she is just starting the stage of terrible two?

it sounds like she teething maybe getting her two year old molars in which i hear are the tough ones, try some tynol or motrin and put some orijel on her gums where she has no teeth, something has to be bugging her because a two year just doesnt cry for any reason, or call her doc and see if you can get her in also you can try some milicon drops maybe shes got some serious gas building up, its a gas drop for babys good luck
I would stick your finger along your gumline to see if she's teething because it may either be that or she's just tired and she can't get herself to sleep or she may not feel well. If she's teething, might want to give her a teether or a wet face towel that u put in the fridge for about 5 minutes for her to gnaw on. IF SHE"S TEETHING...When she goes to bed, you might want to give her infant ylenol or infant motrin...

If you can, try driving around for a while. The motion of the car will soothe her, soft music (classical station) will soothe her and she will be distracted by the lights of the city. My daughter went through this stage, it lasted about 6 weeks. We were desperate, and my mom suggested the car. It worked for us.
