Tinky Winky is a boy but he carries a purse...to add to it all “He is purple -- the gay-pride color; and his antenna is shaped like a triangle -- the gay-pride symbol. I don't know if he's gay but...Could be! :) Poor Dipsy! LOL

I can't tell what any of their genders are, I always considered the Teletubbies to all be androgynous.
