Toddler wetting out?
Answer:
I discovered a GREAT solution to this when my son, was younger. Buy some of the bigger sanitary pads (I used the generic ones) and attach this (with sticky part that normally attaches to underwear) at front and down the middle of the diaper. This will absorb any extra the diaper wont. Of course, do buy the name brand diapers and make sure you separate the leg guards so they are sitting properly. Hope this helps! :-)
Is he getting cold? Maybe he needs thicker pj's or an extra blanket.
name brand diapers are thicker than off brand do not give him any liquids 2 hours before bed he is at a perfect age to start potty trainning my niece and nephew were trained by 2 introduce him to a potty chair pullups are also good they may hold more and they are good for trainning
sometime it's just the type of dreams the are having. Sometimes it is a bladder issue. But for the most part 21 months and wetting is not unusual at all. Probably just a phase. Be patient, loving and understanding.
Sometimes it can be a medical issue such as a closing hole or bladder emptying issues in which a doctor might check out.
This happens to my son as well. I've made sure that he uses the potty before bed every night now. My son had a habit of pulling his parts out of the diaper in his sleep, hence the wet bed. Huggies brand makes an overnight diaper. I have made it a point to change my son's diaper before I go to bed at night. It has greatly reduced the number of wet nights, andhe takes water to bed with him.
talk to your sons doctor...
