There is the normal stuff for the itching (calamine lotion) but try giving her some medised to knock her out.
Obviously that wont help you tonight, but try and catch up on your sleep tomorrow, I usually kick my hubby out to the spare room and have my ill baby in the bed with me then I can just reach over with a drink etc..
That way one of us has enough sleep to attempt work the next day...
They are only majorly ill for about 2 days so bare with it.

Go to the drugstore and get AVEENO cream. It will be with the cortisone creams, I think. It is what worked the best for my daughter last month when she had them, and she had them from head to toe and EVERYWHERE in between. :( Also, I gave her benedryl as often as the packaging said I could. It helped, too.
Run a tepid bath and use Pinetarsol. Worked for me. I got them when I was 19.
get an otinmeal bath you can get them at cvs they come in packets.
A tepid/cool bath with baking soda added may help. If you have a 24-hour store close to you, try getting colloidal oatmeal for a bath, too. Also, Sayman's Salve is a product recommended to me for my son's chicken pox; a drug store/pharmacy is likely to have it.
Benedryl can relieve the itch to some degree, and it can also help her sleep, as it makes most people drowsy; be sure to check the dosage on the box. Good luck!

Give her some Benadryl to stop the itching, some Tylenol for the fever, and an Aveeno bath. Get your next baby the varicella vaccine and avoid this problem altogether.
Bathe her in lukewarm water and baking soda or Aveeno otmeal bath. Give her tylenol...benydril for the "itching". You're lucky she's not a 1 year old with the measles.four days, three nights of no sleep and I was playing Alice Cooper's "Dead Babies"! LOL
