Is there any way to make pediasure at home?
Answer:
Personally, I wouldn't do it. It's got so many ingredients, who knows what they really add. I do know that the stuff is expensive, so I can give you a couple tips that way. I buy the generic from Wal-mart. It's Parent's Choice and my son LOVES it. He drinks the strawberry kind. He's 19-months-old, 22 pounds and 32 inches tall -- a real skinny mini. You could also check out http://pediasure.com/ for coupons. The other thing I do is make our own yogurt smoothies to get him a little more fat and vitamins in his diet. I use a good two or three tablespoons of yogurt in his sippy cup mixed with whole milk. Shake well and serve. Only, make sure the yogurt is blended. The kid will end up trying to suck fruit through the sippy cup and that doesn't work. Good luck.
yes it is possible but please dont gamble we are talking about safety of an infant
