Meal ideas for a 14-month-old?

It seems like I'm always feeding my son the same things over and over again! Anyone have healthy recipes that are toddler approved?

Answer:
You can scramble eggs and put very small pieces of steamed vegetables in it. Mash potatoes(english potatoes). Add milk and butter and maybe some cheese. You can even pop it in the oven. Ccous cous, alphabet/star pasta you can put in chicken noodle soup that you make at home. Broccoli with sprinkle cheese. Ravioli. Just make sure they are in age appropriate size and it's soft enough for him/her to chew. Plain white rice(you can mix it up in a pan with some butter and steamed vegetables).
Feed him whatever the rest of the family eats--just make a few small adjustments like less salt and no pepper on his and of course, mash, chop, or cut the pieces to bite size.
baby eats what we eat and for desert I eat the Gerber puddin too , Yummy yummy
If you have a blender, you can blend to make your baby food and its fun too.
Can't speak for all 14 month olds but mine likes spaghetti-o's, banannas, and when all else fails she still enjoys the stage 3 baby foods. You can also try eggs. They can pretty much eat almost anything we eat except the common food allergens like peanut butter which isn't suppose to be given before 2 years old.
hello dear,
so njoying life with ur 14 months old son ,my too with 21 month old daughter..
see always keep in mind all toddlers have to grow n eat the same as we do.
when my baby was 6 months old i started giving her daal rice, noodles , soups, fruits , vegitable rice , chapathi made out of wheat , cheese and most important i did breast feed her till her 16th month n now i give her normal milk what we take with horlics , milo and bonvita ...i give her oatmeal ...she loves fruits.but i think ur toddler has few teeth, so its difficult for him the chew few of these things so mix it in a mixer n make it into fine paste n feed him...give him fresh fruit juices ,ice cream ,pastries , baby biscuites. try all this n let me know .give a lot of cheese to ur son it helps in growth ....
