What is wrong with him?
Answer:
Everytime the weather changed, I got nosebleeds as a kid.
Never-ending it seemed.
Usually when it went from humid (rain) to cold/dry (winter)
I dont know what is going on with that but it cant be good he needs a doctor really soon if not the emergency room .. last time i heard of somthing like that it was a brain anurysem
Call his pediatrician and meanwhile keep him laying down with his head upright. That is what my mom makes me do when I get nosebleed. I hope he gets better!

u need to get to a pedtrition becuase that can be a sign of somethin wrong with his brain!!! don't tilt his head upward because the blood will go back to his stomache and it will make him feel sick and notious have him sit upward with his head downward!! i know i am going to medical school. but ummm......that can be a sign of a anuyperthis again go see a doctor soon

At 5, it's probably because he's picking his nose.
He really does need to see a pediatrition to rule out something more serious if he's not been picking his nose.
