How do i get my 3 yr to sleep in her own bed all night?

tried lots of different things but she all ways ends up back in my bed. i'm willing to try something new, i've been constitant, now i want to try something different.

Answer:
Stop allowing her to share your bed...put a sleeping bag or something on the floor near your bed and tell her that if she comes into your room at night she may quietly lay down on her pallet. She may be scared at night and need the reassurance of being close to you...and you are still letting her know mommy is there for her...but she needs to sleep in her special place in your room so you still get the sleep you need. She may not see sleeping on the pallet as a good enough benefit to leave her nice comfy bed for.
JUST KEEP PUTTING HER BACK IN HER BED. THAT IS ALL YOU CAN DO. SHE WILL GET IT EVENTUALLY.
1.ask her how really she wants her bed room to look like.

2.give her a hot bath at bed time

3.read a book for her.

4.tell her the stories of brave people who did great thing of thire own.

5.ask her to pray at night for god and tell her god will come down to her and will fulfill her wishes.
my suggestion is to set a nighttime routine where she has a bath and reads a story with you (or some quiet time with you alone), you could also try rubbing lavender oil onto her shoulders/back of neck to help calm her down.

With no distractions in the room you could put her to bed tell her its time to go to sleep and let her know that you are not going anywhere and will only be in the next room (or wherever you will be within the house). If she gets up you will have to keep putting her back into bed, frustrating i know and it should take a couple of days to get her into this routine.

If you haven't tried the above, i wish you well, i really understand what you are going through.
have a fun routing everynight before bed. Make sure bedtime is at the same time everynight. I sit next to my 4 year old in bed and we read one or two books, sing a lullaby, and then chat for five minutes. Don't let her get in bed with you. Always bring her straight back and reassure her you are there. You have to be strict with her getting into your bed. I know it's hard sometimes to wake up from a deep sleep and have to get up time and time again but keep doing it. Eventually she will learn that it's better to just stay in her own bed.

The consistent bed time is of dire importance as is the wake up time, at least for the first 21 days. They say 21 days makes a habit.

Does she take naps during the day and is she napping in her own bed?
Let her play alot than give some warm milk at night and let her fall to sleep than just go and put her and her room. Or be for her bed time let her watch t.v on your bed than but her in her bed after she falls to sleep. I have a 3 yr old cousin and this is what i do be for his bed time.
Lock your bedroom door so she cant get in.
Go to the store and let her pick out "big girl" bedding or a special pillow. Also, one of those fake fish bowls or a lava lamp for her to look at...they will put her to sleep. Tell her that if she doesn't use these things, you will take them back to the store or give them to someone who will use them. Also consider a sticker chart where she gets a sticker for each day she sleeps in her bed. The first week she gets (insert special treat) if she gets 1 sticker, the next week 2 stickers, etc. Maybe a sleep over with a cousin or close friend to get her to do it the first time.
