a cursory look of your daily schedule tells us that you are under great physical stress .if you get good sleep and wake up in the morning without any fatigue or weakness and sleepiness through out out the day, you are to tell your life partner to share some work done by you.
Wow you are definatly alright!! You should also get woman of the year award. I am only 25 and just reading all that you do with them makes me exhausted! How much down time do you make for your self excluding when you are asleep?? What time do you normally go to bed at night?
i don't even do half of that and i'm tired, i take my son at 8am, stay home take care of my 3 yr old and my 14 mos old, and my puppy, then pick my son up at 2:25 make sure my son does his homework then start dinner at 4pm, go to sleep at 11pm. i don't even work. u have every right to be tired being a mom is a hard job.w
Sounds like you are very busy and that is why you are tired. Try and make sure that you eat healthy because eating fatty food can make you even more tired.

If you keep trying to do all that by yourself you are not going to stay allright. Are you a single mom? If not your husband should help. It is advisable that you change your work schedule and take a day of work off in the middle of the week and adjust the budget accordingly. And what ever happened to the school bus - using that once or twice a week or all the time could give you a couple hours extra a day, as well. It is either that or your health, sooner or later.
I'm 36 and I try not to fall asleep before my children do. I put them to bed at 8:30.
Well being so busy 7 days a week will do that to any person. Just make sure you take the time to eat properly. Take care of yourself by going to the doctor and just getting a check-up. Taking a vitamin will also help. Not miracle cures but they seem to help me with my household of 6. Good luck!
I hope the kids are helping with chores and such.Have you thought of a car pool for the pick up at 5? Also. try cooking extra meals on the weekend (crock put) to make during the week easier. You sound like a WONDERFUL CARING mom.
Some people just require that much sleep. You could have your iron checked if being tired is a "new" development. That is just a simple blood test. You just have a full schedule, but it might make you feel better to check it out. Good luck!
Being A Mom is A full time job in itself. I'd Be tired myself too If I did all that and I'm 23...Eat healthier is a good idea dont eat fried foods at all bake everything or grill it on like a George foreman Grill its very quick. But you probably already know about that stuff..Good Luck...You're Supermom.. taking care of those kids starts with taking care of yourself you need to spend the say at the spa at least when you find time. I agree with other answers, you do a ton of work, running around. Just make sure you take a multivitamin w/iron and drink plenty of water. I don't do half of what you do for my (1) grandson, I'm 48 and go to bed at 9pm.
