How can I explain to my brother how to whistle?

This is how I whistle, I am told I whistle weird, but couldn't pick it up when my parents tried to teach me. Instead I spent the 6 hour car ride figuring it out one day.
1. Make tongue into a hotdog bun and press up against the bottom of your bottom front teeth.
2. Make an "o" shape with your lips.
3. Blow out! (I can also breathe in and whistle with this method)
If he doesn't pick it up tell him to just practice different ways of doing it, and he will pick it up. But a fair warning: once he gets it he won't stop doing it.
If you can do it, he should be able to because it is genetic (85% sure of that).
I can't whistle...some people just can't whistle.
LOL ive never thought about teaching some1 to whistle but when u think about it its pretty hard to show someone how to do it but i remember when i was younger i would always ask how. LOL
Some people just cant whistle i can but i do it wrong i blow in.
