need a new look right now I have long hair with layers that have grown out. I have to spend a lot of time straighting my hair just to make it look half way decent. I dont have the time for that who does? Does anyone have a haircut that doesnt take much time in the morning to syle and still looks good? I want kind of a wash and wear style, but long enough to still put into a pony tail on "those days". Whenever I get layers they seem to make my hair look boxy and the layers are very blunt looking almost like a shelf if that makes sense. I want to beable to go to Target or the mall without having to straighten my hair or just resort to putting it in a ponytail everytime. HELP :)

I have naturally wavy hair so I get my hair cut in long lyers and give it that shaggy look-not messy though and long bangs which I put to the side. It's easy I just wash it and apply so fizz esae serum brush it through and let it air dry.
Have you ever seen the show "Friends"? I absolutely loved Jennifer Aniston's hair during the 7 or 8th season. It was almost shoulder length, pretty layered, and adorable. Here's a picture I just found of it if you wanted to get a better idea:

I had the same problem, always ended up putting my hair in a ponytail. My hair was shoulder length. I got it cut into a short shag. Look on the net for "Lisa Rinna hair pics". That's what I went with. I absolutely love it!
