Is it OK for young children like 2 to 11 yrs to visit hospital?
the parents that the patient has contacted MRAS.
Answer:
What is MRAS? Besides that, most hospitals don't have a problem with young children visiting. As long as it isn't the ICU. It's your call. If you think the kids will get freaked out, don't take them. But if they are reasonably well-behaved and unafraid, then by all means, take them for a visit. And bring flowers.
yes but don't take them that much before they catch any germs
Sorry to hera that, I would say no but then it isn't my grandmother in their, I would want to see here, but not risk my health at the same time, I know she wouldn't want that for me.
yes they must know the way to hell
yes, it is ok to take kids to visit grandma in hospital.
unless mras is a contagious disease.
I think that most hospital have rule against kids this young visiting patients.
What is the hospital's policy? That depends on the hospital and whether the kids can handle everything involved.
your children should definatly see their grandma especially if they are close. my son was 4 yrs old and i took him to see his great grandpa in the hospital even when he caught a contagious disease. he jsut wore a mask. they were close and i wasn't gonna deprive either one of seeing each other. my pap passed away in july. my son got to see him a few days before he passed and i am thankful for that and im sure my pap is also.children need to learn sometime in the life about death and sickness. he went to the funeral to see him and i explained to him what was goin on and he was very understanding he knows pappy went to heaven to be with God. their grandmother will want to see them and bee with them if it is her last days weeks months .
IF it is very contagious, then No. But if no, then I don't see any harm.
i would be very careful MRSA is very easy to pick up!! IF they do go visit Grandma please watch them very closly wash there hands very good before leaving the room, and change there clothing normally depending on where the Mrsa is located urine, bowel, wound, or respritory there will be protective wear out side of the door, just please be careful.
Young children do not have a very many antibodies in their blood. There are diseases in hospitals you can't get anywhere else. The chances of picking up something at the hospital is greater than if they were walking in other crowded places. There are other sick people in there besides your mother. If you have a video camera, you can make a video greeting for their grandmother and one from their grandmother to them. Hopefully she will not be in the hospital too long.
I am not familiar with MRAS
