My month old daughter likes push-pops...is that bad?
Answer:
That is not good. Your baby's system is not ready for such things yet. Also, you are developing poor eating habits for your child. A day will come when she will only want sweets and won't touch her baby food. I would hold off on the push-pops until she is much older.
Not really. But if it's TOO much, than it is bad. That might cause her cavities. But also try to feed her fruits and veggies... Especially WATER after she eats push-pops.
I don't think it will "harm" her. But it is probably not a good idea to introduce refined sugars so early. You don't want her to like the sweet taste and then reject other foods when it is time to introduce solids. That is why pediatricians usually recommend introducing veggies before fruits.
yes. actually i do. for one reson it is not good for your baby. your baby's digestive system is not set up to process that much sugar at this point in time. there is a reason that a dr. usually clears your baby to eat solids at the 4 month appt, if not later than that.
STOP THIS IMMEDIATELY! Your daughter's digestive system cannot handle this. Please stick to the regimen outlined by your doctor to avoid her having digestive problems all of her life.
it is not good for her if she is so young. i would suggest do not eat them near her.
Yes, i think it is because all that sugar and preservatives aren't good at all for her system. At this age she should still be in breast milk or formula. Not even baby food or natural fruits. Her immune system isn't high enough yet.
SHE IS A MONTH OLD FORMULA OR BREAST MILK ONLY! RIGHT NOW YOU ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO DIGESTION PROBLEMS, ALLERGIES. AND OBESITY! NOT COOL!
