Explain how would the social-emotional development of a three month old be different for that of a one year ol

Answer:
Tons. To many to list but I can try:

3Mo. The world revolves around him. He doesn't know about cause and effect. ie. if i smile a her what will she do? Gross mototr skills aren't in use yet so exploration is zilch. Exploration leads to the world
1Yo. The world doesn't revolve around him. He may just have to wait for that snack but if he cries really hard he may get it faster. Cause and effect. He knows that if he smiles at her she will smile back and he wants that. Baby is now mobile and the world is at his feet. Everyone is around and he can now interact. Wether it be in play or reading or bath.

Hope this helped.
Explain why you don't know the answer to this one.
