What is a good gift that a 3 1/2 year old can make for mom's b-day?
Answer:
draw a picture
Anything, as long as he makes it. Picking flowers is a nice one or drawing a picture of Mommy and Me.. anything. I can't wait until my baby is big enough to make me something!
buy a plain photograph frame and some stickers and let the little one cover it with stickers and put a picture of the child doing it in the frame-Mom will love it.
my friends little brother made her a picture frame (he had some help) but it was that foamy material and it had pretty designs and everything on it... it was the cutest thing i have ever seen! you can stick a magnet on the back and put it on the frigde or desk or where ever.. .good luck
There are lots of great options in the arts and crafts realm.
You could take the child to one of those painting pottery places and he/she could paint mom a mug or a Christmas tree ornament.
Another option would be to frame a drawing/painting that the child makes of mom or the whole family.
You also could get one of those stained glass kits at an arts and crafts store, where they choose the colors and patterns and you bake it in the oven.
A simple card is the best gift, put the childs handprint on it so that she can look back and see it in later years.
gift ur mom time.i mean spend ur entire day with her...coz time is the most precious thing any one can ever give the other person...thats the best gift 4 her if u just reveal ur presence to her...
You could get a picture frame that plain and has room to decorate and buy little things to help him/her glue on to it (with supervision of course) then put a picture of the child in it or a picture of the child and the mother. Or you could buy one of those hand and foot print kits those are so cute. I wish I had one from when my son was smaller.
you could have him do his hand and foot prints in plaster molds. they have heart shaped and all different shapes
We made a cute clock for my husband for Father's Day. They have a kit at Michaels that comes with the wooden clock, hands, mechanicals, etc. You can paint it, select neat number stickers, and glue a photo of you and your son in the center.
Another idea is to make a treasure hunt game with your son. You can buy a treasure box at Michaels and paint it. Have your son pick out some "treasures" at the dollar store or Target (along with something nice from you). Then, create a treasure hunt for mom to find the box.
Get a nice picture frame, some poster board and some finger paint---now all you need are those chubby little hands or feet--my husband did my little girls hand prints for mothers day last year--he had some old tile squares, but they took forever to dry--make sure you help the child write thier name and the year on it so Mommy can always remember when...
My son makes me a mold of his footprints and his hand prints. Then he decorates them using stones, leaves, one year his favorite hot wheel. I place the stepping stones in my garden. I love them I can measure how much he has grown over the years.
Let him make his own card. That will be really special to his mom because he made it his self.
how about get them to paint a picture and frame it that special i would love it if my daughter does that for me
