All of these answers are correct. I have one and I had no trouble conceiving and had two easy pregnancies and unmedicated labor and deliveries. It did however take longer for the doctor to hear the heartbeat.

It just means that early on, it may be harder for them to hear the baby's heartbeat. I'm skinny so they always thought they'd find the HB earlier due to my size..but thanks to my tipped uterus it was harder to hear the HB early on.

The only thing is that you might not show very early and then one day.plop!! Your uterus will get too heavy and just go forward. It's like you go to bed only showing a little and wake up to a big belly!!

Yes, I have one and I got pregnant. My doctors said that I may have a little more trouble getting pregnant, but nope, I got pregnant quite fast actually. I'm sure it's different for everyone, but I would say that you'll be just fine whenever you try to get pregnant. Don't stress about it. God Bless!
