I am going through the exact same thing you are goign through! My cycle is always 29 days but I am 3 days late and feeling menstrual cramps but no period. I run the bathroom thinking it has finally arrived but nothing! Have you tested yet? 2 hpt have been negative for me, but my doctor said I could still be pregnant and that feeling like your period was coming was quite common among her pregnant patients! You should check a pregnancy test. If you are late and not feeling right, you could be pregnant. It could just be you are going to be late on your period, though.
Could be a sign your period is on its way. You may have ovulated late, for example. Or it could be implantation cramping and you could be pregnant.
If you know when you ovulated (by charting, OPK, etc), and it has been at least 2 weeks, a home pregnancy test should give an accurate result. Or, you could test now. If it's pos great. IF it's neg, wait a week (assuming your period doesn't show) and test again.
Remember, just because the total length of your cycle is regular, doesn't mean your ovulation day is always the same or your luteal phase is long enough. For example, I often have 31-35 day cycles, but my LP is only 5-8 days long (not long enough to sustain a pregnancy...though I can extend my LP by taking B-complex). If I were to conceive, I would have to wait at least a week past my expected period date before I could accurately test. Make sense?

That is how I suspected I was pregnant. I kept feeling like I was going to have my period and kept going to the washroom to check. After 2 or 3 days I thought "this is crazy" - got a HPT. Due in Aug.

Yes you could have cramping similar to menstrual cramps when you are pregnant...I would take a test right away to make sure...if it is neg wait a few days and test again.if still neg and no period I would suggest going to the drs. for a blood test...Good Luck~
