Fungal infection should not stop you from conceiving, sometimes a fungal infection can be a sign you are pregnant.
My first 3 babies where conceived in the first or second month I tried, but my fourth baby (due in feb) took six months.

You can't really make yourself get pregnant any quicker than your body will allow, but you can time intercourse right and raise the chance of egg fertilization by finding out your ovulation time...
why can't you wait anymore? it can easily take up to a year to conceive for a normal, fertile couple...patience is a virtue!
