Glucophage and trying to concieve. ?

I was diagnosed with metabolic syndrome and have been put on Glucophage.. we are currently trying to concieve.. has anyone had this problem? how long did it take?

I have PCOS I was taking the metformin 500x3 daily. I took this for approx 6 months and then started having a regular cycle. I also started working out and lost 40lbs and then got pregnant. I no longer take the meds but they did work for me.
