Can you be Pregnant and not have any symptoms?

Answer:
Yes. It's rare for a woman not to have any symptoms. They might be so mild that they just attribute it to something else. Fatigue is one that's easy to miss since it can be subtle. That's the only symptom I had. But between that and a lighter period, I decided I could be pregnant. So I took a test and found out I was! By that point I was 8w along.

A few women continue to have a normal period during their pregnancies, but it's very uncommon. This is how you hear tales of women who didn't know they were pregnant until a few months before they're due to give birth (though I'd think all the baby's kicking and the dramatic weight gain would give it away).

Hope this helps! =)
I think you can, a lot of symptoms are easy to overlook, especially is you have an easy pregnancy, my sister-in-law swears she didn't know she was pregnant until month 7 1/2.
I have heard that, I guess it is possible, eventually you should notice something though
