have you tried acupuncture?? There have been lots of studies recently and it has been shown that accupuncture helps to double the chances of getting pregnant maybe this might be something you want to look into do lots of research as I think its fairly expensive but anythings worth a go right?

Try shatavari an ayurvedic herbal medicine for you and ashwagandha for your husband/boyfriend. Both these herbs can be bought on amazon.com. I have tried this and am a believer. You can google these herbs and research it your self. Good Luck!

Agnus castus can be good to assist a womans fertility and help her achieve pregnancy. Its can help balance hormones and regulate a womans cycle. I have heard some success stories after using agnus castus but there is no guarantee that it will work for everyone though. I have also heard of ovulux, which you can buy on ebay and other sites however I dont know anyone who personally achieved pregnancy by using this however it maybe worth a try. Being over or under weight can also make it harder to conceive. I suggest that you see about getting your tubes checked for any blockages as this can also prevent a woman from conceiving. good luck
