Do women feel sick after misscarriage?
Answer:
I had two early miscarriages, and both times emotionally I was a wreck. During the miscarriages it felt like a really bad period (one where you can't wear tampons). It was awful.
I didn't have any physical pain after the miscarriages, but I felt hollow and hopeless inside.
It varies from woman to woman. physically you could be fine and mentally going through hell or vise versa
It's possible...there's a sudden shock to your hormones and system.but I guess it depends how far along you are with to begin with.
My godmother was 6 months...and it made her extremelly tired...but it could also be recovering from the emotional trauma of it that she hide.
you may be/feel physically sick during a miscarriage...not sure about afterwards, though having a bout of depression afterwards is possible.
mailjunkie, after 3 months, it is no longer considered a miscarriage, but a missed-miscarriage as you usually physically give birth as the body can no longer re-absorb the fetus, and certainly by 6 months it is considered a still-birth, not miscarriage.
I was physically sick during and after my miscarriage.I was also hysterical.I couldn't sleep for days and everything made me cry.A miscarriage takes a huge emotional toll on you as well as physically.
