What is healthy eating for women who trying for a baby??

i'm trying for a baby, and i have been told that some fruit, fruit juices and fresh vegetables can help. can any one tell me what they are please i'm sick of eating with out knowing what is good or bad for me!!!

Answer:
Try to eat more organic foods and eliminate processed manmade foods. They are so bad for you body.

For veggies opt for spinach, kale, chard, asparagus, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, brocolli, and raw greens. These are best steamed. Also, if you have a juice machine, making fresh veggie juice is an excellent way to rush nutrients into your body while purging toxins.

Dairy should include FULL FAT dairy. New studies are showing that low fat dairy is not as good for you as full fat dairy. So drink organic whole milk and yogurt. Organic Eggs are wonderful for baby's brain development.

Grains should be organic WHOLE GRAINS. Think wild and brown rice, lentils, whole barley, couscous, and fresh popcorn.

Only eat natural free range meats free from hormones and antibiotics. Lean beef, chicken, turkey, game. NOT pork. Pork is not good for you because pigs are omnivores and will ingest just about anything.

Eat lots of organic apples, bananas, mango, and blueberries. Please make sure your berries are organic. Berries retain up to 50% of the pesticides they are coated with.

Take a prenatal vitamin and cod liver oil 3x a week.

Drink org. green tea instead of coffee. Drink LOTS of water. DO NOT drink soda, sugar filled juices, or anything carbonated. Carbonation not only slows your metabolism, but it also blocks your body's ability to absorb calcium. Buy a juice machine and make your own juices...fresh juice contains lots of healthy wonderful enzymes that die off after about 20 minutes. All that juice on store shelves is nutritionally barren.

Organic dark chocolate makes an excellent dessert and it loaded with antioxidants.

This is the diet I've been on my whole life and I never get sick, never gain weight, conceived in a flash, and have had a wonderful pregnancy without any nasty side effects.
Folic acid and lots of fish
Try the food pyramid. The best thing you can do is eat a BALANCED diet. Also, start taking prenatal vitamins now, particularly folic acid. Steer clear of caffeine and excess fat and sugar.

Good luck!
I went to a naturopath due to problems with oestrogen levels (which are necessary for ovulation, egg development etc) she recommended that I eat plenty of orange vegetables - carrots, pumpkin swede etc. You should also avoid caffeine - as little as one cup per day can decrease your chances of conceiving. Don't change your diet too much or it will disrupt your body and it will take you longer to conceive. Just be sensible.
A good balanced diet. Stay away from fast food (I think the Deli is okay, though), junk food, and heavily processed food, and take a decent multi-vitamin (like Centrum). Eating fruits and vegetables, especially fresh, is excellent. If you eat fish, you might want to cut down on that. (Chunk Light Tuna is okay, though.)

If you are a sugar junkie or caffeine junkie, you might want to start cutting down on those now.
