It could be an implantation dip. But there are so many factors that affect your temp it's hard to say at this point. And it is normal for some women to have a dip like that when they're not pregnant. So hopefully it is an implantation dip for you :) Best wishes!
the earliest you can test is 5 days before your missed period. do u know you ovulated for sure?
I have read on fertilityfriend.com that most women who become pregnant do show another spike in their temps after ovulation, when implantation occurs. Both times I got pregnant I had another spike in my temp and the next day it came back down, but my temps still stayed elevated past my expected period date. That's the important thing. If you see your temps take a dive just before your expected period, then chances are you and not pregnant and will start your period within a day or two. Good luck.
I've been charting for awhile and I don't think that a rise of .30 degrees is that significant. I know everyone is different and maybe you are extremely regular temp wise. Implantation usually occurs at around 7 days after ovulation so maybe it's still w/in the normal range for you?
