Normally this is a sign of ovulation. When we release our eggs most of us get a sticky white mucus. You now have the next few days to have sex (if you are trying to conceive) and you should be fertile now!! other than that im not sure what it could be!!
Get some Musinex, milk makes mucus.
Are you pregnant? If you are it could be and sounds like your mucus plug. If you are not pregnant, I have no idea.

sorry to break your perfect dream but id go get a test you can still bleed and be pregnant it sounds to me like implantation bleeding and that mucus could be the beginning of long sleepless nights
