If you get your period every month does that automatically mean you had to have ovulated??
Answer:
NO, I don't ovulate, but I do have periods.
No, it does not mean you get you ovulate every month. I have PCOS. I get my period every month, but I do not ovulate unless I am on fertility pills. If you want to see if you are ovulating try the basal body temperature charts and the basal thermometer. Take your temp every morning before moving out of bed or drinking anything. During the month if you notice a significant drop and then increase the next day odds are you did ovulate.
No, it doesnt mean that you had to have ovulated but it's a pretty good chance you did. If you've been ttc for some time with no luck, talk to your gyn. You may not be ovulating or maybe not every month.
