During the month if you notice a significant drop and then increase the next day odds are you did ovulate.
No, it doesnt mean that you had to have ovulated but it's a pretty good chance you did. If you've been ttc for some time with no luck, talk to your gyn. You may not be ovulating or maybe not every month.
