Trying to concieve question?

Was there a unquestionable method or product that worked for you?

Are there any foods that increase or lessening my chances?

How did you time your ovulation next to a kit, thermometer or only counting days?

I have hear of something called the "cold method", but I don't know what it is. If anyone does know please answer.

What worked for you?

Do you feel failing at getting pregnant is as hard on your husband as it is you?

It took me four years to draw from pregnant with number 1. I own been trying for over a year for number 2. Any tips or counsel you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Answers:    We worked WITH my body - instinctively. There is a great book called "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" written by Toni Weschler. If you carry in the dependence of keeping track of your cervical fluid and your waking heat, you will know with almost pinpoint meticulousness when you will ovulate and can time your intercourse accordingly. Counting days alone doesn't work because even next to a regular cycle you may not ovulate on the exact same day every cycle. This book is honestly really great and have TONS of info in it. My husband and I used the info contained by it to prevent pregnancy for a year and then when we settled we wanted to seize pregnant, we got pregnant the first month we tried. (There are section both on how to use the info to prevent pregnancy and maximizing your likelihood of getting pregnant.) Best of luck to you!!
Honestly we tried for 2 years...nonstop..and later i decided i didnt want to achieve pregnnat..and i popped up pregnant.hahah. he took it as bad as me basis he thought it was him..but none of the check pills or any of that other stuff worked for me..no buying the test strips and peeing on them to see ifim ovulating consent to nature do its work.
